The Video Measuring Machine is based on CCD digital video, relying on computer screen measurement technology and space geometry calculation software, to achieve efficient measurement detection equipment.
The Video Measuring Machine is divided into 5 series according to the structural design, configuration and software functions, which are:
Manual JVB series: The structural design is relatively simple, and the software has basic functions such as measuring geometric elements and combined elements, shape and position tolerance evaluation, coordinate system setting, and measurement data output.
Semi-automatic JVB-E series: Added Z-axis motorized focus and SPC statistical functions;
Probe JVB-T series: using RENISHAW probes and 3D measurement software can realize 3D element measurement of workpieces;
Fully-automatic JVB-C series: The CNC control system is used to achieve full digital control. All measurement tasks can be completed completely by the joystick and mouse, making the measurement work easier and more comfortable；
Gantry JVR series: with high speed and accuracy, can perform multiple functions on a single machine, greatly reducing the cost of repeated purchase of the machine and the waste of space, can increase the probe, with TPM three-dimensional measurement software, and simple 3D measurement work.
